Getting Started

📋 Manage Jobs

Create, edit, and manage your job postings. You can:

  • Post new jobs with detailed descriptions
  • View and manage applications for each job
  • Update job status (Active, Paused, Draft, Expired)
  • Copy existing jobs to create similar postings quickly

👥 Candidates

Browse and manage your saved candidates:

  • Use filters to find candidates by location, working rights, and availability
  • Switch between card and list views for different perspectives
  • Use the search bar to find specific candidates by keywords
  • Press Enter in the search bar to add "sticky" search terms
  • Save candidates you're interested in for easy access later

💬 Messages

Communicate with candidates:

  • Start conversations directly from candidate profiles
  • View your message history with each candidate
  • Filter conversations by unread messages
  • Search through your conversations

🎨 Branding

Manage your company's visual identity:

  • Upload up to 5 logos (recommended: 180x80px)
  • Upload up to 5 banners (recommended: 1600x400px)
  • Use the resize tool to crop images to recommended dimensions
  • Saved branding will be available when posting or editing jobs

Tips & Tricks

💡 Efficient Job Management

  • Use job templates: Copy existing jobs to quickly create similar postings
  • Monitor application stats: Check the application count and "New" badge to see activity at a glance
  • Pause jobs: Temporarily pause job postings instead of deleting them
  • Track expiration: Keep an eye on the "days remaining" to renew jobs before they expire

🔍 Advanced Candidate Search

  • Multiple search terms: Press Enter to add multiple search terms as chips
  • Combine filters: Use location, working rights, and availability filters together for precise results
  • Real-time search: The search bar filters results as you type
  • Remove search terms: Click the ✕ on any search term chip to remove it

📱 View Options

  • Card view: Great for browsing and getting a visual overview
  • List view: Better for scanning through many items quickly
  • Your preference is saved: The dashboard remembers your preferred view

  • Keep job descriptions clear: Use the rich text editor to format job descriptions
  • Update candidate status: Regularly update application statuses to stay organized
  • Use branding consistently: Upload logos and banners that represent your brand
  • Respond promptly: Use the messaging feature to communicate with candidates quickly
